Our Pricing Framework

We Are a Non-Profit Organization

As a non-profit, we’re not incentivized by how much money you save or what solution you choose. Our only goal is to help you with your debt. The one-time fee we charge is simply to cover our costs and allow us to be there for you.

Our Service Fee: $350

The $350 fee represents our actual cost to operate this service. Here’s what it covers:

  • Expert debt expert time
  • Technology systems and tools
  • Ongoing case management

Important: This fee is NOT correlated with how much money you save or which debt solution you choose. Whether you save $5,000 or $50,000, whether you choose debt settlement or a payment plan, our fee remains $350 because that’s what it costs us to deliver this service.

What We Offer

  • Honesty – Straight talk about your situation and options
  • Expert advice from people who genuinely want to help others
  • Connections to dozens of debt solutions with deep research and understanding to find the most valuable ones, with many data points from case studies similar to yours.
  • A 3-step process to give you clarity and a concrete gameplan

What We Don't Offer

  • We don’t enable destructive financial habits
  • We don’t offer financial assistance or loans
  • We won’t do the work for you
  • Any referral fees offered by 3rd parties are passed down to you, the customer.

A Collective Kindness® program

We don’t profit from your debt

Our fee is $350, with our donors covering the balance of the cost of the experts, administrators and technology that we bring together to provide your personalized path out of debt, typically saving you over $10,000 in the first year.

If cost is a concern, reach out and we’ll work with you on a case-by-case basis.

How we help

We start by listening — really listening — to your story. Every financial situation is unique, and so is every path forward. Our role is to bring clarity and expertise to what can otherwise feel overwhelming.

We help you understand your options in plain language, connecting you with debt solutions that have been carefully researched and vetted by people who genuinely care. Our team studies dozens of programs, looking not only at the numbers but also at real-life outcomes from people in situations like yours.

From there, we work with you through a simple, transparent process designed to replace uncertainty with confidence. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of where you stand, what’s possible, and what steps to take next.

Our process

We believe financial help should come with integrity. That’s why we don’t lend money, sell products, or profit from your choices.

We also don’t promise quick fixes. Real financial change takes time, understanding, and consistency. What we can promise is a team that’s in your corner: kind, informed, and committed to helping you rebuild with dignity.

We treat every person with respect, protect your privacy, and put your best interests first. Because at the end of the day, our mission isn’t just to help you manage debt, it’s to help you regain peace of mind and the freedom to move forward.
